Panama / Environmental crimes
Once the Environmental Task Force has been structured, support is being given to the specialisation of the teams in different topics of interest to the participating institutions.
The first training action will focus on criminal investigation and the fight against timber trafficking and illegal wildlife trade. It will last 5 days and will take place in Panama City from 13 to 17 December 2021.
The second training and specialisation action in the framework of the Environmental Task Force will take place on 14 December and will be focused on journalists and social communicators interested in strengthening their knowledge on regulations, sanctions, context, environmental crime and the Environmental Task Force created in Panama to protect biodiversity.
